Miami, FL | July 18, 2023 – Over the past three years, Ryan Stumphauzer has served as the court-appointed receiver for a Philadelphia-based merchant cash advance business in an action pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Timothy Kolaya, who is counsel for the Receiver, has worked alongside Ryan to manage ongoing business operations, recover and preserve the company’s assets, and represent the Receiver in the SEC action.
