Alejandra de la Camara focuses her practice on business litigation and white-collar criminal defense matters, and brings with her experience as a federal law clerk and an Assistant Public Defender for the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office.
Prior to joining SKS, Alejandra was a litigation associate at a boutique law firm in Miami, focusing primarily on business litigation matters. Before entering private practice, Alejandra clerked for the Honorable Jacqueline Becerra in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and she served as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County, representing hundreds of clients throughout all stages of their cases.
Alejandra earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Inter-American Law Review and earned several academic honors. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Puerto Rico.
